Blobify Refund Policy
Effective date: 22 August 2026
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases of the Blobify service (the "Service") and how to request one.
1. Who Processes Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com as our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, receipts, and VAT or sales tax. Paddle issues refunds on our instruction or where your statutory rights require one.
2. Usage-Based Billing
Blobify charges monthly in arrears for actual usage, capped at the limits of your selected plan. Because each charge reflects Service usage already consumed, refunds apply mainly to billing errors rather than a change of mind about a past month.
3. Billing Errors
We will refund in full any charge that is duplicated, does not match your metered usage, or results from a fault on our side. Contact us and we will fix it. We do not impose an arbitrary time limit on reporting a billing error.
4. EU and UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a service purchase. For digital services, that right lapses once you begin using the Service during the 14-day period after agreeing to early access. This reflects the withdrawal terms in Paddle's buyer terms. Your other statutory rights are not affected.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again after that. Because billing is usage-based, your final charge covers only usage already consumed.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the account email, receipt, or other details that help us identify the charge. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
